• Which app, and its version (in the app's Settings, under About).
• Your phone's model and system version. On a foldable, whether it was folded or open.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds do too: request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history.
